Well, this is where all you lab people can discuss any pointers on how to make a great pair of glasses or even to blow off a little steam….

I have a question about eyeglasses that I recently purchased from a reputable eye center. I have progressive lenses in silhouette frames that had improper drilling in the lenses and resulted in a terrible fit but great presciption. They agreed about the poor job they did and ordered me anew pair of lenses. When I picked them up, the Rx seemed completely different and I have such a small space to read from that I’ll be taking them back. My question is can they look at the lenses in some type of macine and see the difference between the 2 pair or am I the only one that can see this. I dread the thought of fighting to get a good pair of glasses as this is not the 1st time this has ever happened. Please advise me on this. Any help or understanding would be greatly appreciated.
